December 28th, 2007 RE: You Wonderful People Dear Don, It's the end of another successful year for A-1 Property Management. A large part of our success is directly attributed to the service we receive from the people at River Valley Air. Please extend our personal thanks and appreciation to the many River Valley Air employees that help us provide excellent service to our numerous tenants. Your on-call technicians are the best out there. They are responsive beyond anything we can describe. Deron and Barbara are gracious, kind, professional and always there for us with the answers we need. We know that they go out of their way to accommodate our many request for service during the hot months. We want you to know that it never goes without being noticed. Your accounting people provide us with accurate and expeditious billing so that we can pay our invoices when rent checks are out to the owners. Don, thank you again for helping our company SHINE. May 27th, 2007 Congratulations! Your company has been placed in NATE's (North American Technician Excellence's) Quality Circle Contractor portion of the Consumer-Contractor Connection Website. Only 1 in 10 companies achieve this. Quality Circle Contractors exhibit pride, proficiency, and professionalism. Pride, of a job well-done; proficiency with technicians who have knowledge of the skills, tasks and tools of the trade; and professionalism in their desire to provide their consumers with quality workmanship and advise are the hallmark of a NATE Quality Circle Contractor. Quality Circle Contractors have shown a commitment to having their technicians earn NATE certifications, a commitment to the value of training and lifelong pursuit of knowledge, and believe that technician certification is the way to assure consumers of knowledgeable and proficient service and installation of their home comfort systems, and businesses of knowledgeable service and installation of refrigeration systems. Quality Circle Contractors certificates remain valid for one year. At the end of that time, they must re-qualify, or re-affirm that they are still able to belong to this group because their technicians meet the certification guidelines and their business meets the training threshold to provide basic technician certification training or technician re-certification training. "We wanted to take a moment and tell you how happy we are with the service of your company! Three weeks ago our air conditioner quit working and three weeks ago we contacted another local air conditioning company. For three weeks we tried to work with that company to restore air to our home. It was a frustrating experience! After promised service visits which never came about, and after trying without success to get someone from their company to simply fix or replace our air conditioner, we finally came to the conclusion that it was time (long past time!) to change to a new company. We phoned your (RVAC) company and THE SAME DAY a serviceman arrived at our home! He made a commitment that we would receive a call the next day with a quote with a price for a new unit. THE PHONE CALL CAME JUST AS HE SAID! We were quoted a fair price and told that the unit would arrive the next day to be installed. Bright and early the next day, THEY ARRIVED with the unit AS PROMISED!
