Central air conditioning equipment and furnaces are durable and dependable. Still, like all mechanical equipment, they perform best when they are routinely serviced. Living in the desert area with its intense heat in the summer, our equipment takes a lot more abuse than equipment located in areas with cooler temperatures.

With this in mind, River Valley Air Conditioning, Inc. has started a maintenance program that we would like you to consider implementing. For just $79 per visit at the time of service, this program is set up to take care of the maintenance needs of your equipment and give you the added peace of mind that your system will be operational and able to withstand whatever Mother Nature throws our way. 

With transparent upfront pricing, you’ll always know exactly what to expect, making us the best choice for customers’ needs and budgets.

The best time to have your equipment serviced is before the seasons get into full swing. We recommend you service your equipment twice a year: once in the spring and once in the fall. This service will give your system added equipment life and better operating efficiency.

Once you are signed up for the preventative maintenance program, you are then scheduled for service at your convenience.

  • If you haven’t had an appointment in a while, especially in the off-seasons before extreme temperatures.

  • You hear strange noises from your HVAC system, such as a loose belt, worn-out motor bearings, or a failing blower motor.
  • If you’re constantly adjusting the thermostat, your thermostat or system may need calibration or repair.

First company to arrive on time, professional, and fair pricing. This area can be hard to find quality repair or services, this company exceeded my expectations. I called the day before because they were next door replacing a big unit and got the card. I had left two other local businesses a message and never heard back.... So I gave this company a call. They knew I had a limited window and did a sat morning emergency fee if $20 which I think is very reasonable. The service man called 15 min before appt time of 8 am and gave me an eta, was clean cut and very polite. He worked hard while at the house and wrapped up quick so we could hit the river. They came out within an hour of calling them when another company failed to come out! Edgar was HANDS DOWN AMAZING! Honest and explained what was going on. Within 20 min we were up and running and he even went above and beyond to clean the filter and look over the entire system to make sure it was in great shape! My two year old 5 ton York AC would not cool last night and of course it is in the middle of summer. I call River Valley Air Conditioning Fort Mohave Office this morning and asked if I could get an AC Tech sent to my home. I was told they would contact an AC Tech and dispatch him to my home ASAP. The AC Tech called me about an hour later and arrived about 20 mins later. The AC Tech introduced himself as Edgar and went quickly to work to trouble shot my home AC. Within five mins had determined that the problem was a high voltage capacitor had failed. Edgar said he needed to return to the shop to get the part. Edgar returned to my home with the repair part within fifteen mins. Install the part and had my AC up and running. I should note that the temperature outside was a 113 degrees so my internal house temperature was about 100 degrees. Edgar is true professional and a great AC Tech. I highly recommend River Valley AC for your air conditioning needs and I also recommend asking for Edgar to be dispatched to fix your AC. He knows AC’s and is very professional. Great job Edgar and I want to thank you very much for your help with the repair of my AC unit.
