Great company very professional and friendly

Communication was exceptional. Service tech, Dalton, was helpful and efficient.

I called yesterday to make an appointment to get my hvac serviced for summer and they scheduled it for the very next day which was great. They definitely take care of returning customers.

Dalton came today and he was very nice and respectful. We talked about other things beside hvac which I think is great because it tells me they care about their customers. He did a great job!

Had both units done by travis Excellent job,nothing is left out ,cleaning,parts that were old and could possibly be replaced were discussed. i am very satisfied.

Have used River Valley for maintenance of my home and rental properties. I have been pleased with the quick service and honest estimates. I have heard of less expensive service,but you most often get what you pay for. Quick honest service is hard to come by.

We had difficulties with our AC not blowing cold air and making a strange noise. We called River Valley Air and they had a technician come out within an hour of calling. They diagnosed the problem and had it resolved within 30 minutes of being here and the gentleman was very friendly. He took his time to explain to us what the issue was and was very helpful.

Dalton was excellent. He arrived on time, and was very courteous and personable. He was very efficient in performing the maintenance service and very knowledgeable. A very nice service experience. Hope that he is the technician that we have at our next maintenance interval or service repair.

River Valley Air Conditioning has provided service to our home since 2012. They provide excellent service. We have never felt like they are forcing a sell. Every check up is thorough and they clean components. Amperage checks and load draws are completed. They remind us our system is aging and let us know how it is functioning. So satisfied with River Valley AC. Best price when I got my new unit, was installed quickly and appropriately. Travis came to do twice yearly maintenance on it, was thorough, replaced my filters (one I can't reach), did a quickie brushing of the dusty vents. I had a new system installed a few months ago. I was by pleased with their performance and professionalism. This morning, the system was not working. I called, and in less than two hours, Edgar and Dalton were here and reset the system (it apparently went out due to an electrical surge, which is a safety feature). They had it running again in no time, and while they were here, they even changed my filters for me! There was no charge, as it’s still under warranty. The customer service was top notch!

My AC went out late Friday nite. I called emergency number around 7:45 on Saturday morning. Receive call back at around 8:30 to say that a tech would be out. Tech arrive around 9:30. Repaired a wire that had burned out. No charge for this call on Saturday. My AC BACK WORKING by 10am. Great response and service from River Valley on a WEEKEND!

They don't quit until it is done right. Took two calls before we finally figured out it was not my HVAC unit but an issue with NV Energy and their "Power Shift" program and thier access to my thermostat via WiFi. NV Energy is in the process of shutting down the program but in doing so, their system computers latched onto my HVAC, disabling it. Once we determined the cause, the WiFi on the thermostat was turned off and no other problems were observed.

I have a getaway Condo which is use 5 times a year. I haven't had the Air Conditioning Unit looked at (Serviced) in years. I called RVAC and got a service check-up appointment for the same day, 113 degrees. I asked the cost, the answer was 79.00 and if the technician finds issues he will give you estimate before any work is done.

So the tech shows up on time and checks out my unit for Freon, says the Freon level is good. Then we go inside to check the air handling cooling unit. He open up the top and says everything (cooling coils) looks very good for it's age. He them opens the filter bay and looks underneath wear the air gets sucked under the unit after the air filter. He says wow now that needs some cleaning. He takes off the air filter door and lays down and starts bushing out a thick matting of years of built up dust and lint.

He finishes up and says that it, all clean look good for the age of the unit and also lets me know the my unit uses R22 which they can't recharge because they can't get it anymore.

Now the catch (my thinking) how much do I owe?

He says $79.00 and I said WOW, $79.00, but you cleaned the coils, that's part of the service call, he states.

They have a yearly service contract, I will be looking into.

After hearing all the stories about how people were charged hundreds of dollars for a summer time air conditioning service call.

I highly recommend River Valley Air Conditioning and will be using them for all my future heating and cooling needs.

We are very happy with River Valley Air & highly recommend them!! We arrived in town after being gone for several months & found that our AC would not turn on & it was 98 degrees outside. I called River Valley at 3pm & they were able to have a technician here & replaced the part & fixed the problem by 6pm!!

The service was outstanding. Our vacation condo required a new Heat Pump system. The service technician arrived the same day we requested a "Service Inspection". We ordered a replacement system at 5 P.M. The next day at 10 A.M., River Valley workers were on site, and a new system was installed that day. For us this company is the Best Ever. Bullhead City, Arizona is very HOT 6 months or more every year. We like all the service agents, office staff and how they run their business.

On July 15, 2025 at approximately 8:30PM our A/C quit. Where do you get real tine repair assistance at that hour of the day? I called RVAC dispatch, and the dispatcher was courteous and professional. She contacted RVAC's tech Travis in the field and called me back saying Travis was on a job but would come to us as soon as he completed his work

Travis arrived, performed trouble shooting and had us back up on A/C within 30-minutes.

We have had the annual twice-a-year preventive maintenance program with RVAC for over 20-years which puts you at the head of the line for response to your A/C problems when they arise.

We have had excellent service which, has extended the useful life of the A/C. We highly recommend RVAC and enjoy the peace of mind that being affiliated with it brings.

Our AC unit stopped working on a Sunday and inside temp was 90! Did internet search and found River Valley AC with some excellent reviews. Plus they take emergency calls on the weekend. My exhaust fan on the heat/pump/ac locked up causing the compressor to cycle in and out and basically shutting down the cooling system. This was at 1:45 p.m., temperature 113. I could not get in touch with my regular ac guy and at 3:45 called River Valley. Interior temp was 93. I was told they had a tech 30 minutes away finishing up a job and that he would call me when he was on the way. He called 5 minutes later and arrived at 4:20. He assessed the situation, gave me an estimate and said he had the part on the truck and could do it now. At 4:55 we were up and running, the house cooling back down. I did not expect such quick service and was prepared to go to a hotel for the night. The tech was very professional and knowledgeable. He even cleaned up the exterior of the unit. I would recommend them to anyone looking for great service and a quick response. They really seem to care the customer.

Well River Valley Air-conditioning stepped up yo the plate and hit a Gran Slam Home-run with me. The unit we bought was just not enough to cool the house we live in with the 118+ degrees weeks we we’re having , so called and spoke with Donny explained our situation and we decided to up grade to a 5 ton unit + seer rating. They arrived and installed the unit with in 3 days!!!😀😃😄it was up & cooling the house within 45 minutes!! Man does it cool this old house now!🤤😜😆 Thank you again River Valley Air for great service , great people especially Donny & Tiger. I had River Valley install a brand new heat pump in my home. The unit had a catastrophic failure approximately 3 years later. The unit was under warranty for parts, however I was left with a large estimate for the labor cost. I felt the unit had underperformed (lemon) and insisted the manufacturer should replace the unit. They were hesitant at first to comply with my request but eventually agreed to take my case up the corporate ladder to reach an agreeable outcome for all the parties involved. They absolutely went out of their way to accommodate my requests. In less than a week they were able to secure a new unit from the manufacturer and have it up in running at no cost to me! Their directed efforts, hard work, and professionalism was consistent from top to bottom. I would HIGHLY recommend River Valley to anyone in need of AC service or installation in the tri-state area.

My elderly father lives in the Fort Mohave area on his own. When his AC stopped working, I stepped in to help him navigate his options from across the country. It was not easy. Adding to the challenge was that he had on multiple occasions had very poor experiences with other AC companies in the area. I have been using RV Air for the past year+ to service and maintain his AC system, so they were the first people I called to help. The system itself was provided and installed (poorly) by another company, but RV Air didn't hesitate to step in. Moreover, they went well beyond what I expected in helping communicate with my dad, who was extremely suspicious of AC service companies (due to his past experience). In the end, RV Air did an amazing job getting his system fixed and making sure he had AC as the summer started. The entire team were great, communicated regularly and demonstrated true compassion and caring. We will continue to use them to regularly maintenance the system, and we recommend them highly to anyone in the area! Thank you!!

We agreed on the price and they came out to replace and fix the units. Don along with his partner came out on the hottest day of the week 117 degrees and installed and fixed the unit. They went above and and beyond to get the units going. They were there from 10am to 7:30pm. The units are working perfectly now. Thank you Donny his partner ( did not get his name ) and Travis for there hard work and dedication.

I just had River valley respond to our AC emergency 7-23-23. We have a place in the "Rio Buena Vista" community, Needles Ca.. And our smart thermostat sent an alert to my email, of a high temp reading out of range of our settings. This was on a Friday night that I realized I got the alert! But didn't read it till Saturday morning. So I left a message on the River Valley after hours message center. I got a return call a few hours later, the receptionist explained, that they were swamped, but could get to me the next day. I explained this was our vacation home and that we actually lived in Orange County, but I had a spare key stashed for emergency. I asked,, if I give permission to enter could they check out our AC and hopefully fix it. They said they could. What a relief. Otherwise we would have had to make an emergency trip ( four hour drive ) to let them in. Well anyway it was a very happy ending it was a capacitor that had failed, which is the cheapest repair that an AC system can have done. The technician Sam gave us some sound advise that our old system that uses the r-22 refrigerant is really not worth investing any more serious money into, since that refrigerant is getting harder to come by and very expensive We will be looking into an up graded new technology system very soon. And when we do, it will be River Valley doing the upgrade. We have absolute trust in their integrity and serviceability. No matter what time your system fails call them and leave a message. They will get back to you asap, and get someone out to you! Thx River Valley AC.

They checked everything when they came out and explained there was nothing wrong with my unit but explained clearly why my house was getting so hot . Thank you !! I called the day before because they were next door replacing a big unit and got the card. I had left two other local businesses a message and never heard back.... So I gave this company a call. They knew I had a limited window and did a sat morning emergency fee if $20 which I think is very reasonable. The service man called 15 min before appt time of 8 am and gave me an eta, was clean cut and very polite. He worked hard while at the house and wrapped up quick so we could hit the river. Thank you very much, we will use you always.

Within 20 min we were up and running and he even went above and beyond to clean the filter and look over the entire system to make sure it was in great shape! My two year old 5 ton York AC would not cool last night and of course it is in the middle of summer. I call River Valley Air Conditioning Fort Mohave Office this morning and asked if I could get an AC Tech sent to my home. I was told they would contact an AC Tech and dispatch him to my home ASAP. The AC Tech called me about an hour later and arrived about 20 mins later. The AC Tech introduced himself as Edgar and went quickly to work to trouble shot my home AC. Within five mins had determined that the problem was a high voltage capacitor had failed. Edgar said he needed to return to the shop to get the part. Edgar returned to my home with the repair part within fifteen mins. Install the part and had my AC up and running. I should note that the temperature outside was a 113 degrees so my internal house temperature was about 100 degrees. Edgar is true professional and a great AC Tech. I highly recommend River Valley AC for your air conditioning needs and I also recommend asking for Edgar to be dispatched to fix your AC. He knows AC’s and is very professional. Great job Edgar and I want to thank you very much for your help with the repair of my AC unit.
