About Laughlin
Laughlin was founded by Don Laughlin, who bought the southern tip of Nevada in 1964. It originally consisted of a motel and bar that had only eight rooms. Today, it is a major gaming destination, but it retains a more relaxed, river-focused atmosphere compared to Las Vegas.
To get to the airport From Laughlin, take the Laughlin Bridge across the river into Arizona, then turn left onto AZ-95 N to reach Laughlin/Bullhead International Airport (IFP). The drive is approximately 5–10 minutes.
